Zender Ford has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Service Advisor.

The Ideal Candidate

- Possess strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs, and can confidently explain recommendations and repairs to customers of all experience levels.
- Are punctual, dependable, and have excellent time management skills.
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to customer concerns, identifying needs, resolving issues, and recommending additional products or services when appropriate.
- Are self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring work orders are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a team setting.
- Stay organized and efficient while managing multiple customers and work orders simultaneously.
- Have a proven ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Are comfortable using computer systems and technology.
- Hold a valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.

Assets

- Experience with PBS V10
- Previous Ford dealership experience
