Average sales price $2,50 x 10% =$250

Compensation Note: We maintain solid partnerships with major big-box stores, which provides a high volume of steady work. Retail partners are subject to a 20% off-the-top corporate referral fee, and commissions are calculated on the remaining balance.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, sales-driven Attic Insulation Estimator to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone motivated, personable, and confident providing professional in-home assessments and quotes. You’ll work with both company-provided leads and your own self-generated prospects.

Responsibilities:

- Visit residential homes to assess attic insulation conditions and levels
- Provide clear, honest recommendations to homeowners
- Take accurate measurements and record job details
- Prepare and present detailed quotes
- Generate and follow up on your own leads, in addition to company-provided ones (some provided through big box stores)
- Represent Logik professionally and maintain excellent customer service

Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

- You’ve sold home improvement, insulation, or HVAC products or services before
- You understand homeowners, energy efficiency, and how to close deals
- You’re competitive, professional, and motivated — ready to make great money while helping homeowners save energy
- Previous experience in insulation, estimating, or a related construction or home services field
- Sales-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to generate leads through networking and outreach
- Not a pushy sales job — honesty and customer trust are key
- Physically agile and comfortable climbing ladders and working in attics
- Must be able to carry a 6 ft ladder and safely access attics (using your own ladder)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6 ft ladder
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be comfortable working in attics that can be very hot or very cold at times; this is a physically demanding job
