Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Houseperson/Guest Services Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will elevate guest experiences and maintain the pristine environment of our Resort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations throughout the property. Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces through thorough cleaning and custodial tasks.
- Assist with guest requests promptly, providing friendly and professional service to enhance their stay.
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
- Support the front desk team by delivering items to guest rooms and managing light administrative duties when needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues promptly.




- Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate industrial cleaning equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts.
- Knowledge of hotel operations or previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
