Capital Lighting is expanding, and we’re looking for ambitious, motivated individuals from Cornwall and surrounding communities to join our growing sales team.

We specialize in premium permanent exterior LED lighting systems that transform homes with customizable, year-round architectural lighting.

Our sales team operates primarily in Ottawa and surrounding areas, with Cornwall-based representatives travelling to these territories for full-day sales opportunities.

No sales experience? No problem. We provide full training.

Compensation & Earning Potential

$1,000–$4,000+ per week in potential commission earnings.

This is a 100% commission-based chance with uncapped earning potential.

Our representatives earn commissions on successful sales, with typical commissions ranging from approximately $300–$500 per installation and the potential to earn more on larger projects.

Your income is directly tied to your performance, consistency, and sales results.

There is no guaranteed weekly income or hourly wage under the proposed commission structure. Advertised earnings are potential figures, not guaranteed or necessarily representative of typical results.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Travelling from Cornwall to Ottawa and surrounding sales territories
- Connecting directly with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Introducing customers to our premium permanent LED lighting systems
- Identifying homeowner needs and communicating product benefits
- Generating qualified sales opportunities and converting interest into sales
- Applying proven sales strategies and continuously improving your performance
- Representing Capital Lighting professionally in residential neighbourhoods

Schedule & Transportation

This is a full-day sales opportunity, not an evening side gig.

We offer flexibility in scheduling, but applicants must be able to commit to full working days,



including travel time.

Weekday availability is strongly preferred.

- Cornwall-based applicants are encouraged to apply
- Sales territories are primarily in Ottawa and surrounding areas
- A personal vehicle is not required
- Reliable transportation is a significant asset
- Fuel compensation is provided for approved work-related use of personal vehicles
- Travel arrangements can be discussed during the interview process

Who We’re Looking For

No previous sales experience is required.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Confident communicating with others, or eager to develop that confidence
- Reliable, disciplined, and prepared to work full days
- Comfortable approaching homeowners and handling rejection
- Interested in sales, entrepreneurship, business, or personal development
- Willing and able to travel to Ottawa and surrounding areas

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door marketing is an asset, but not required.

Attitude, work ethic, and willingness to improve matter more to us than previous experience.
