Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Cut chicken in to pieces so that it is ready for marination and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Support other kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed
- Ensure all food served meets health and safety regulations,



including proper storage and labeling of ingredients

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary best practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners
