Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and preferably skilled Framer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and have experience framing large buildings. This role involves working with power tools and performing tasks related to framing, roofing, and steel siding. Renovation skills are considered a huge asset. Responsibilities

- Operate power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks
- Framing of walls, ceilings, flooring and roofs
- Support construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or skilled labor roles is a must
- Proficiency in using power tools safely is essential
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, specs and instructions




- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times
- Ability to be a team player, reliable, and self starter
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid safety training including Working at Heights necessary, but can be provided
- Supervising crews and subs on site when needed
- Ability to handle physically demanding work both indoors & outdoors
- Can meet deadlines and problem solve based on tasks provided
- Renovation skills such as Drywall, Trim work, Flooring considered an asset

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
