This role is critical to ensuring efficient operations and maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate matters to management as needed.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, drivers, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and service transactions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while consistently representing the brand in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics, courier,



or transportation sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or logistics software.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to operational excellence.
