Required Skills & Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong foundation in the following areas:

- Material Experience: Proven fabrication experience working with both carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Welding Proficiency: Hands-on experience with GMAW (MIG), FCAW (Flux Core), and GTAW (TIG) welding processes.
- Fabrication Fundamentals: A solid, comprehensive understanding of the basic fundamentals of metal fabrication.
- Precision Layout: The ability to execute precise layouts accurately and efficiently.

Highly Beneficial Skills (Bonus) While not strictly required,



experience in any of the following areas will be considered a major asset to your application:

- Certifications: Active CWB welding certifications for MIG welding.
- Heavy Machinery: Press brake operation experience.
- Machining & Tool Operation: Proficiency in operating horizontal band saws, drill presses, milling machines, and lathes.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
