At Pacific Home Services we bring a premium, dependable standard to home care across West Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Vancouver. We serve a loyal base of recurring clients, private homes, Airbnb turnovers, and more.

What You’ll Do

- Clean and maintain private residences and short-term rental properties to a high standard
- Build trust with recurring clients (you’ll often serve the same homes each visit)
- Occasionally partner with a second cleaner on larger jobs and move-outs
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and surface polishing to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Prepare and organize homes for special occasions or regular maintenance visits by coordinating with clients on specific needs.
- Provide friendly and skilled customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are sanitized and stored properly for safety and efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent time management by completing scheduled visits promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Uphold safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure environment for yourself and clients.





Experience and Requirements:

- Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work
- Positive, professional attitude
- Organized and reliable — punctuality matters to us
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Background check required
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within tight schedules.
- Basic knowledge of cooking is a plus, enabling you to assist with light meal preparations if needed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while delivering high-quality service consistently.
- A friendly attitude combined with reliable work ethic ensures positive client relationships and team collaboration.
- Senior / Lead track: valid driver’s license with a clean record + strong communication

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
