Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and technical expertise, with experience in truck and coach, and automotive repair. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation and safety. The Technician will work in a dynamic environment that requires hands-on skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service.

Duties

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company owned trucks, trailers and heavy equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently during repair and maintenance procedures.
- Repair or replace components including electrical wiring, hydraulic systems, engines, and mechanical parts.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents.
- Assist with assembly of new equipment or machinery as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair status and recommendations clearly.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in accordance with company procedures.

Experience





- Proven experience working with dealership or truck shops.
- Hands-on experience with automotive repair, welding, HVAC systems, or farm machinery is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge of schematics, electrical systems, and power tools is essential.
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment or industrial machinery is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and use hand tools safely.
- Experience working in maintenance or as a mechanic in an industrial setting is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients or team members. Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
