Authentic Pakistani cuisine Calgary, Alberta

Faisal Kabab Hut is seeking friendly, dependable team members who enjoy hospitality, teamwork and preparing or serving flavorful Pakistani food. We are recruiting for three full-time positions, with an immediate start available.

Location: Unit 155, 5120 47 Street NE, Calgary, AB T3J 4K3

Restaurant operating hours: Monday–Saturday, 12:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m.; Sunday, 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. Employee shifts will be scheduled within operational needs and may include opening/closing duties, evenings and weekends. Full-time hours and compensation will be confirmed during hiring.

Restaurant Servers — 2 Full time Positions

Provide welcoming, attentive dine-in and takeout service while helping guests explore our menu.

· Greet guests, explain menu items and take accurate food and beverage orders.

· Serve meals, process payments, handle takeout orders and respond professionally to guest requests.

· Maintain clean tables, dining areas and service stations; follow food safety and sanitation practices.

· Coordinate with kitchen colleagues to deliver timely, accurate service.

· Help guests understand ingredients and communicate allergy or dietary questions to the kitchen without making unsupported assurances.

Preferred qualifications: Strong communication, reliability, a service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a busy restaurant. Familiarity with Pakistani or South Asian cuisine is an asset. Prior serving or hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided.

Kitchen Helper / Cook — 1 Full-Time Position

Support daily food preparation, cooking and kitchen operations in a team serving Pakistani dishes such as kababs, biryani, curries and grilled specialties.

· Prepare and portion ingredients, wash and cut produce, and assist with marinades and mise en place.

· Assist cooks with preparation, cooking, plating and packaging according to recipes and direction.





· Maintain kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, storage, stock rotation and safe food handling.

· Monitor ingredient availability and communicate replenishment needs.

· Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including safe equipment use and allergen-handling practices.

Preferred qualifications: Interest in cooking and willingness to learn Pakistani food preparation, including spices and traditional dishes. Relevant kitchen experience is an asset but is not essential; training is available. Ability to carry out the physical tasks of the role safely, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
