Level In-Home Sales Consultant

Are you driven, coachable, and looking to break into sales? Kalins Pro Painting is looking for a Junior Estimator / Sales Representative who wants to learn the business and grow into a top-producing estimator.

What You'll Do

- Call and follow up with inbound Facebook leads every day
- Prospect proactively for new work, including some cold calling and a little door-to-door
- Attend estimates (company leads and the ones you generate yourself)
- Do in office walkthroughs with clients
- Prepare and present quotes
- Follow up and close sales
- Track your weekly KPIs: appointments set, estimates run, and booking rate
- Attend team meetings

KPIs

- Run about 12 estimates per week
- Book 40% of your estimates
- Average job size: about $3,500
- Attend all team meetings

Compensation & Growth

- $70,000–$150,000 per year, commission only. You earn commission on the jobs you sell; there is no hourly wage or salary.
- One-time bonus of $1,000 when you reach $175,000 in total sales
- One-time bonus of $2,000 when you reach $375,000 in total sales
- Training provided
- Entry-level role with a path to Senior Estimator
