About Us: We’re a boutique property management company that's been operating in Fort McMurray for well over 20 years. We manage River Park Glen; the city's largest multifamily community and our goal is to be the best managed property in the region.

We Offer:

- Competitive wages with scheduled raises based on duration of employment.

Main Duties:

- Work alone, and as part of a team to complete duties.
- Follow a cleaning checklist while completing duties.
- Ensure all standards of cleanliness are adhered to at all times;
- Dispose of garbage and litter.
- Empty, clean and disinfect garbage receptacles and bins;
- Wash windows,



interior walls and ceilings;
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, elevators, floors and stairways
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures;
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure all products, materials and supplies are well stocked and being utilized in a safe manner;
- Make note of and communicate the need for repairs or vandalism;
- Fill out time sheets accurately and provide to supervisor on time;

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
