Our client, a well-established logistic-based organization , is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their finance team in Greater Vancouver area. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in billing, invoice review, and cross-functional coordination.
This role will focus on preparing and validating customer invoices tied to service activity, ensuring pricing aligns with internal agreements and supporting documentation. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where volume can shift based on operational schedules and month-end timelines.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices for a variety of service-related transactions
Review internal records and supporting documents to confirm chargeable items and pricing accuracy
Validate charges against approved rates, service details, and client-specific terms
Maintain accurate customer billing information and documentation in internal systems
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by working with internal teams and external contacts
Respond to invoice-related questions in a qualified and timely manner
Assist with month-end invoicing activities and provide support for reporting requirements
Track outstanding issues and follow through to resolution
Identify ways to improve workflows, accuracy, and consistency
Help maintain clear invoicing procedures and documentation standards

Previous 2 years of experience in invoicing and accounts receivable support, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Experience reviewing transactional data and reconciling discrepancies




Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and competing deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience working with financial and operational systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Experience in a fast-paced service, operations, or logistics-related environment is an asset
Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
