Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring comfort and a natural look for each client
- Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and maintaining a smooth flow of daily operations
- Engage with clients through excellent customer service, listening carefully to their concerns and providing expert advice on skincare products and treatments
- Promote retail sales by upselling skincare products and packages that complement clients’ treatments and enhance their results




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas according to health regulations
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their experience

Skills

- Proficiency in eyelash extension application and other advanced esthetic techniques
- Solid retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and ethically
- Excellent customer service abilities to create a positive, memorable experience for every client
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments, product benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role within a spa or salon environment
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during treatments and administrative duties
- Passion for skincare trends, beauty innovations, and continuous learning to stay current in the industry
