We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented and fashion-passionate Junior Merchandise Buyer to join our Merchandising team.

In this role, you'll work closely with Buying, Design and cross-functional partners to help shape and execute our product assortments. From tracking trends and analyzing sales to supporting seasonal collections and keeping product information on point, you'll get hands-on exposure to the world of fashion buying.

What You'll Do

- Bring collections to life: Support the buying team with assortment planning, product information, SKU setup, line sheets, sample tracking and seasonal updates.
- Get to know the numbers: Monitor sales performance, product trends and key category indicators to identify opportunities and support smart buying decisions.
- Stay ahead of the trends:



Research competitors, fashion trends, pricing and customer preferences to help keep our assortments fresh, relevant and competitive.
- Be part of the buying process: Prepare reports, product insights and analysis for seasonal reviews, assortment discussions and collection planning.
- Connect the dots: Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Design and other partners to ensure product details, samples and seasonal priorities stay aligned.
- Keep things moving: Follow up on product updates, timelines and category priorities to support smooth execution throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

What You Bring

- A college diploma in Fashion Merchandising or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, buying, product development, retail or a similar fashion environment.
- A passion for fashion, a great sense of style and curiosity about trends, customers and what makes products sell.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and confidence working with Excel, product information and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities, follow up and collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, curious mindset with an eagerness to learn, take initiative and grow within the world of fashion buying.
