Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
- Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock levels to maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase store traffic.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers through phone etiquette, organizational skills,



and effective leadership.

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail settings with a strong background in retail sales management.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, merchandising, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and purchasing processes.
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and team management.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of payroll administration, bookkeeping, math proficiency, and administrative experience is preferred.
- Prior experience with marketing strategies, pricing tactics, cash handling procedures, and store management is essential.
