Description:

- Busy surgical dermatology specialist clinic which includes many minor surgery procedures
- 50+ patients assessed daily

Duties:

- Clinical assistant to the Focused Dermatologist
- Checking in, booking appropriate follow up
- Charting, ordering tests, prescriptions at request of MD
- Injections, venipuncture
- Tray prep for minor procedures
- Giving patient advice and consultations for minor procedure
- IPAC practices and autoclave operation
- Other delegated responsibilities

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience preferably in surgical or dermatology care setting
- Strong clinical, people and communication skills
- Strong computer/keyboarding skills (especially on Mac computers)
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Knowledge of autoclave/sterilization procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
