Merc Movers is a professional moving company dedicated to providing reliable, stress-free moving services to our customers. We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with incoming leads.
- Communicate with customers to understand their moving needs and provide suitable moving solutions.
- Prepare and provide moving quotes based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Listen to recorded customer calls to improve sales techniques, communication, and customer service.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers over the phone, by email, and through messages.
- Handle customer questions, address concerns, and help customers through the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.




- Confidence in making calls and speaking with customers professionally.
- Ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, and build trust.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to follow up with leads consistently.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to manage customer information.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Moving industry sales experience is highly beneficial.
- Experience selling moving services, preparing moving estimates, or working with customer leads is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM software or lead management systems is a plus.
