We’re looking for dedicated night cooks to join our team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Job Summary
As a Night Cook, you will be the backbone of our late-night kitchen operations, preparing delicious meals and ensuring food safety standards are met. You’ll work behind the scenes to create high-quality dishes, manage food preparation tasks, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your energy and attention to detail will keep our kitchen running smoothly during evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation
- Assist with plating and presentation of meals to meet restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate meal timing and service flow
- Support the overall food service process by ensuring timely meal preparation during night shifts
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
- Robust knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during night hours
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and front-of-house staff
- Familiarity with serving techniques and meal presentation standards
- Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
- Passion for creating delicious dishes and delivering exceptional food service at night
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
