A leading exhaust fan manufacturing company based in Woodbridge area is immediately looking for a Full-Time Press Brake Operator to work in their sheet metal fabrication plant to start immediately.

Pay rate: $$22 - $23/hr. based on experience.

Available Shifts:

Monday -Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

- Performs daily machine check and Startup of machine or Equipment
- Retrieves or receives raw materials for daily production from stock.
- Set up proper dies in machine as required.
- Programs computer attachment for required machine production.
- Follow Press Brake process standard operating procedure
- Bend aluminum sheet to create custom panels from drawings
- Use inspection devices to inspect parts, according to print and product inspection plan
- Make small, mathematically calculated, angle corrections and orienting the part correctly
- Reading the print fully to understand tolerances, geometry, material thickness, and special instructions
- Directs finished work -in- progress product to Shipping Area or to stock in warehouse

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with Amada or Trumpf machine
- Wearing proper protective equipment,



as directed by equipment or process;
- Understand safety requirements in every area, and comply
- Ability to read measuring tools
- Ability to read blue prints
- Basic understanding of geometry concepts and able to calculate negative and positive adjustments
