Trimark Windows Corp. (Trimark) is currently looking to add a full time ERP & Supply Chain Coordinator/Purchaser to our growing team. Responsibilities:

- Assist with ERP implementation and system management, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with production and scheduling departments to ensure material availability for production orders.
- Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
- Assist in continuous ERP improvements and phased rollouts.
- Monitor, schedule, and maintain inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and audits.
- Lead bi-annual inventory counts and support material optimization prior to ordering.
- Communicate inventory issues (e.g., out of stock, damages, excess) to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Approve and execute purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate optimal pricing, terms, and product availability.
- Maintain ongoing vendor relationships and manage supplier contracts.
- Execute purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services, ensuring that all purchases align with budget and production needs.
- Track and manage the receipt of goods, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory reports.




- File and manage project documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across departments.
- Provide support for various ad hoc tasks related to ERP management, procurement, and supply chain coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

- College Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years in ERP system implementation and continuous improvement.
- 3+ years in purchasing and inventory management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the window wall, curtain wall, or railing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in maintaining vendor relationships and contract management.
