The Supplement Assistant Manager responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:

Customer Experience

•Executing the 5 Sales steps with every customer.

•Ensuring the store cleanliness is always upheld to a superior standard.

•Fluent with all online order types and how to use the supplementking.ca website.

•Completing customer Returns and Price Matching.

•Understanding and able to communicate our SK Everyday Value Programs ($125and $125, $30 free stadium cup & sample and Everyday Mix n Match)

•Understanding and able to communicate our SK Loyalty Programs (Royalty Rewards, Elite, Military and GoodLife 15%)

Staff Culture

•Understanding our Brand DNA, Brand Guidelines & our Policies and Procedures.

•Daily use of SCOOP platform.

•Attending Monthly Staff meetings.

Business Performance

•Daily use of central communication tools.

•Daily use and understanding of POS system.

Merchandising/Product Knowledge

•Understand and explain the why behind our store merchandising plan.

•Ensuring all price tags are up to date.

•Daily completion of inventory counts,



stock rotation and tracking short dated products.

•Understand and explain our flyer items and their specific merchandising plan.

Community Involvement

•Always representing and upholding the Supplement King brand; both online and within the local community.
