Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing day-to-day residential project activities
- Manages daily staff assignments dispatch/oversee workers, and participate in weekly staff meetings
- Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Ensure proper communication to the appropriate parties, with documentation
- Work closely with the accounting team to approve invoices, monitor schedule of values, monitor expenses to ensure the project is on track and process change orders and assist with job billing
- Ensure all Health and Safety Standards are met
- Manage time between the job sites and in office
- Prepare and upload project estimations
- Create CAD drawings and cross-sections in accordance with project specifications
- Coordinate material procurement to ensure timely delivery for the project
- Manage installation schedules to ensure smooth execution at project sites
- Actively participate in production meetings for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Track and monitor project schedules, identifying and addressing any deficiencies in services and installations
- Prepare and develop documentation for final inspections, including necessary adjustments
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Experience in field management an asset
- Experience in Curtain Wall industry an asset
- Full G License




- Able to drive a reliable vehicle to job sites

Working Conditions:

- Will be required to wear protective equipment in designated areas (hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed safety shoes)
- May be exposed to cold temperatures, heat and humidity, loud noise levels and exposure to dust
- Travel in various weather conditions may be required
