I am an Obstetrician-Gynecologist based in Vaughan looking for a creative, motivated, and proactive media student to help grow my professional online presence, educate women about their health, and expand the reach of my practice through social media.

I am looking for someone who can combine creativity, video production, content strategy, and digital marketing to transform women's health topics into engaging, accessible, and visually appealing content.

This is an exciting opportunity for a student who wants hands-on experience working directly with a physician, building a professional personal brand, and developing a portfolio in digital media and healthcare communication.

Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Content Creation

- Film and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos featuring me discussing women's health topics.
- Create engaging educational videos, behind-the-scenes content, and relatable social media posts.
- Develop graphics, educational carousels, stories, and other visual content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.

2. Women's Health Education

- Brainstorm content ideas on gynecology, reproductive health, menstrual health, hormonal changes, pregnancy, menopause, and general women's wellness.
- Help translate medical information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content for the public.
- Research relevant topics and social media trends while ensuring medical content is reviewed and approved by me before publication.

3. Personal Branding & Social Media Strategy

- Help develop and maintain a consistent, recognizable online presence.
- Create content that showcases my expertise, professional personality,



and commitment to women's health.
- Research trending formats, sounds, and creative approaches relevant to my audience.
- Develop content calendars, write captions, and schedule posts.

4. Digital Marketing & Practice Growth

- Develop ideas to increase reach, engagement, and visibility across social media platforms.
- Help communicate my services and areas of expertise to the appropriate audience.
- Track content performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement and attract prospective patients.
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand across social media platforms.

Who I'm Looking For

- A current student or recent graduate in media production, film, digital marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Someone creative, organized, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content.
- Basic video filming, photography, and editing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- An interest in women's health, healthcare communication, wellness, or educational content.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Someone who can work independently remotely and collaborate effectively during in-person filming sessions.

A portfolio, personal social media account, or examples of previous video and content projects would be a strong asset.



You do not need a medical background; I will provide the medical expertise and guidance.

Work Arrangement

- Location: Vaughan, Ontario.
- Position: Part-time, hourly paid.
- Work model: Hybrid, combining in-person filming sessions with remote work.
- In-person responsibilities: Filming videos, photography, and collaborative content planning.
- Remote responsibilities: Editing, research, content strategy, graphics, captions, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Schedule: Versatile, with working hours and filming sessions arranged in advance.

Hourly compensation will be discussed based on experience, skills, and availability.
