Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, employment agreements,

status changes, transfers, and offboarding, including exit interviews and asset recovery.
Employee Relations & Performance
Advise managers on performance management, progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Support performance review cycles and act as a trusted resource for employee inquiries.
Promote a fair, transparent workplace while handling sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion.

Coordinate safety documentation with the internal safety team.
Support WorkSafeBC and ISN reporting, injury documentation, claims management, modified duties, return-to-work plans, and mandatory medical surveillance programs.
