Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and in good working condition.

Duties

- Assist with general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the building and surrounding property.
- Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance issues.
- Assist with painting, minor repairs, and general facility maintenance.
- Maintain clean, secure, and organized work areas.
- Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal maintenance as required.
- Report maintenance concerns and repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks is an asset.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong work ethic with a dependable and positive attitude.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of performing the duties required for the position.
- Previous maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
