Positions are available based on individual facility staffing requirements.

Available Shifts

We're currently prioritizing candidates who are available for:

- Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 8-hour working shifts, with a 30-minute break
- Weekday and weekend availability welcomed
- Opportunities for ongoing and consistent scheduling

Specific shift availability will depend on the facility and location.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Health Care Aide,



you'll play an key role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities may include:

- Assisting residents with personal care, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Helping residents with meals and activities of daily living
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Providing compassionate care and emotional support
- Working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking reliable, compassionate, and experienced healthcare professionals who meet the following qualifications:

- Recognized Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of professional HCA experience in Canada preferred
- Previous experience in long-term care, supportive living, or seniors' care
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must meet applicable Alberta HCA registration and licensing requirements
- Strong communication, teamwork, and resident care skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established care plans
- Willingness to complete required onboarding and facility orientation

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $21.00–$26.00

Your rate will depend on your qualifications, experience, and placement details.
