Launch Your Career in Insurance Sales

InsureLine Brokers Platinum is hiring an Associate Producer. This is an entry-level sales role for someone who wants to build a long-term career as an insurance broker and is prepared to earn it through prospecting, cold calling, and steady activity.

You will start by generating leads and booking appointments for our brokers. With training, mentorship, and licensing support, you will move into client-facing sales and work toward managing your own book of business.

What You'll Do

- Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
- Set appointments for licensed brokers with qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
- Document all activity and opportunities in our CRM.
- Complete licensing and training requirements on schedule.
- Participate in regular mentoring and coaching sessions.
- Learn insurance products, risk management concepts, and client solutions.
- Shadow experienced brokers during prospect and client meetings.
- Meet weekly activity targets (calls, conversations, appointments set) and performance goals.
- Once licensed, quote, present, and place new business, progressing toward independently managing client relationships.

Licensing note: Until you are licensed, your work is limited to prospecting, research, and booking appointments. Quoting, coverage discussions, and advising clients begin once you hold your Alberta general insurance licence.

Qualifications

- Must obtain an Alberta General Insurance Level 1 licence within [90] days of hire. Continued employment is conditional on licensing.
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience is an asset but not required.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, activity-driven workplace.

Compensation

Base salary of $45,000 plus commission on new business.
