Tresco Consoles designs and manufactures mission-critical control room consoles and furniture in Calgary. Since 1984, we've supported 24/7 operations in oil and gas, utilities, security, transportation, and government across North America.

About the role

You'll own Tresco's website and the flow of new customers and projects to it. You'll rebuild our site, drive search and AI-answer visibility, create content, and turn visitors into qualified leads for our sales team. You'll build much of this yourself using AI tools.

Responsibilities

- Lead and launch the Tresco website.
- Own SEO and AEO: keyword and question research, technical SEO, structured data.
- Produce interactive, conversion-focused product, project, and technical content.
- Connect website forms and tracking to HubSpot and GA4, and keep lead routing working.
- Report on marketing results against clear goals.
- Define Tresco's marketing strategy: audiences, positioning, and messages.
- Extend the Tresco brand consistently across every customer touchpoint.
- Follow Tresco's content approval rules for technical and customer-specific claims.

Qualifications





- 4+ years in digital marketing or web marketing.
- A website you have rebuilt or launched, with results you can show.
- Hands-on experience building and producing content with AI tools.
- Strong technical SEO, including site migrations.
- Experience with HubSpot and GA4.
- A solid visual eye and clear, precise writing.

Assets: B2B manufacturing or industrial experience, 3D or visual production experience.

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
