We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while processing payments efficiently
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies,



and ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment through excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling tasks
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrating excellent guest services skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
