Perceptions Counselling is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate counsellor to join us as an Associate. If you are a licensed counsellor with a commitment for excellence, we would love to hear from you. Joining Perceptions Counselling means you will have the opportunity to be one of the first team members of our growing team! We will prioritizing a counsellor who has a deep interest and specialized training and experience in OCD / ERP. However, we are excited to welcome someone who will be a diversity of expertise to the team. We will also be prioritizing counsellors with experience post-graduation.

What We’re Looking For:

- Master’s Degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or CCC in valuable standing
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Availability for daytime and/or evening/weekend work (weekdays/evenings/ and weekends are available - to be discussed further)
- Minimum of one year post-graduate clinical counselling experience preferred
- Hybrid model - offering both in-person and virtual counselling
- Part time hours with the opportunity to grow to full time
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Commitment to consultation sessions with director and group supervision with the team
- Experience in areas such as Anxiety, Depression, Perfectionism, Life Transitions, Trauma, OCD, ADHD
- Special interest in OCD (trained in EXRP or in training) is a strong asset and will be preferred
- Special trainings is an asset (CBT, ACT, EXRP, EFT, Couples Therapy, IFS, EMDR, ADHD other)
- Someone reliable, organized, and passionate
