Summary

We are seeking dedicated Farm Workers to join our team at Maple Grove Farm beginning Spring 2027 May 1st to November 15th on a seasonal full-time position. An incentive $500.00 bonus to be paid out for fulling the entire season to the end of the harvest. Farm is Located in a rural vibrant agricultural setting, this role is essential for maintaining our crops and ensuring the quality of our produce.

Responsibilities

- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops throughout the growing season.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform irrigation tasks to ensure optimal crop growth.




- Utilize hand tools for various farm tasks such as weeding and pruning.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to management.
- Support daily operations of the farm as needed.

Requirements

- No Previous experience in farming or agricultural required.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to farming practices.
