Overview

We are looking to casually add someone to our team to help with large workloads, assist senior mechanic and maintain shop standards.

Responsibilities

- Safely load and unload tires, freight, etc
- Conduct general shop maintenance, including organizing parts, cleaning work areas, draining oil catches, sweep floors, etc
- Assist senior mechanic where needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in similar environment preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience is a solid asset, but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Must be able to fluently speak and understand English, as miscommunication in a shop environment could pose a safety risk.
- Valid certification for forklift operation or crane operation is an asset,



but also not mandatory.
- Ability to work with peers of the opposite gender is non-negotiable. We have all sorts of people in our circle, teamwork and respect for everyone is crucial.

Pay: From $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 20.0 per week
