Summary
We're looking for an experienced barista who is available to work 1-2 shifts per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves coffee and tea and has a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and taking orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and dining area.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Assist in food preparation as needed,
ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
