Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat
- Helping solve customer problems
- Must be computer literate and able to learn new software programs, and be comfortable with text/chat on smart devices
- Facilitate an exceptional customer service experience
Requirements:
- Call Center experience a plus
- Dealership experience a plus
- Strong work ethic, focused and driven, positive attitude, team player
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient
- Excellent phone, written, oral and organization skills
- Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
