Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Take Out Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service by accurately and promptly processing take-out orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, customer relations, and restaurant operations, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Previous experience with POS systems such as Micros POS, as well as hospitality background, is highly valued. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with take-out orders via phone or in-person
- Accurately input orders into POS systems
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and ready for timely pickup
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and quality
- Handle phone etiquette professionally, taking reservations or answering questions about menu items
- Manage guest relations by providing friendly assistance and resolving any issues promptly
- Support other restaurant operations as needed, including guest services and hospitality functions

Requirements





- Prior host/takeout experience or food service background preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and guest interaction skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.90-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27.0 – 37.5 per week
