Job Summary
As the Operations and Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth while ensuring seamless daily operations. You will oversee sales initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and lead operational excellence across all departments. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve targets, improve processes, and uphold the hotel’s standards of service. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share within Woodstock's hospitality sector
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and building lasting client relationships
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest service, safety, and cleanliness are maintained




- Supervise team members across departments, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated workforce
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage project timelines for renovations or special events, coordinating resources effectively
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management

Experience

- Proven experience in sales or business development within the hospitality or service industry
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or managerial responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability in project management and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
- Familiarity with the local market landscape is a plus
- A background in hospitality operations or hotel management is preferred
