We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction, manufacturing, or maintenance projects by performing essential manual tasks. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure that projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and tools
- Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks under supervision, including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, fetching supplies, or holding materials during work processes
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift to promote safety and efficiency
- Report any hazards or issues encountered during tasks to supervisors immediately
Experience
- Previous experience in manual labour, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in manual labour roles is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$29.34 per hour
