We are hiring experienced, motivated, and responsible Store Managers for our growing network of 22 retail locations across British Columbia, including Trancevape, Anonymous Vape, OK Valley Vape, Aberdeen Vape, and Snacki n Smoke.

We are seeking individuals with proven management experience, excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage daily store operations, supervise employees, maintain inventory accuracy, achieve sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Applicants must have previous managerial experience and be willing to relocate to any of our available locations across British Columbia, as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all daily retail store operations.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store employees.
- Prepare employee schedules and ensure proper staffing.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Work toward achieving store sales targets and company objectives.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales, operational, and performance reports.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
- Ensure proper age verification and compliance with applicable provincial and federal vaping-product regulations.
- Monitor employee performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Prevent theft, stock loss, and inventory shrinkage.
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding store operations.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
- Take full responsibility for store performance and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Qualifications





- Previous managerial experience is required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong leadership, employee supervision, and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with inventory management, reporting, and retail POS systems.
- Ability to manage daily store operations independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and accountable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Must meet the legal age and other applicable eligibility requirements for working in a vape retail environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to an assigned store location anywhere within British Columbia.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience managing a vape store, convenience store, or specialty retail business.
- Knowledge of vaping products and related accessories.
- Experience with employee scheduling, inventory control, and retail sales reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets, and inventory tracking.
