Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Optical Hygienist to join our prestigious team. In this role, you’ll not only deliver exceptional optical hygiene care but also perform specialized dry eye treatment protocols that are transforming lives. This coveted position is ideal for a skilled who is passionate about eye care, client wellness, and is eager to grow into the field of aesthetics. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to train with cutting-edge InMode technology for skin rejuvenation, collagen production, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Comprehensive Optical Care: Provide top-quality optical hygiene services, performing thorough eye exams, patient consultations, and educating clients on the best practices for eye health.
- Dry Eye Treatment Protocols: As a key part of your role, you’ll deliver our specialized dry eye treatments designed to provide long-term relief, reduce irritation, and restore optimal eye health. Our practice is known for successfully treating thousands of dry eye cases, and you’ll be integral to that success.
- InMode Aesthetic Treatments: Gain exposure to our InMode suite of aesthetic technology, with potential to train and grow into advanced aesthetic protocols, including:
- Morpheus8:



A non-surgical approach for lifting and tightening the face, neck, and eyelids, ideal for skin texture and contouring.
- Forma & Forma I: Non-invasive skin tightening that stimulates collagen production and refines areas like the face and body.
- Lumecca & Lumecca I: IPL technology for addressing skin pigmentation, sun damage, and vascular lesions, resulting in even-toned skin.
- Triton Diolaze: Advanced laser hair removal system offering efficient and comfortable results.
- Client Education & Care: Build trust with clients by educating them on their treatment plans, skincare routines, and post-treatment care for both optical and aesthetic services.
- Skincare with Alumier MD: Learn to integrate Alumier MD’s exclusive medical-grade skincare into client care, creating customized skincare plans that enhance both optical and aesthetic outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Certification or relevant experience as an Optical Hygienist or similar role.
- A strong interest in client care and willingness to learn new technologies and protocols.
- Experience with dry eye treatment or interest in learning dry eye protocols is a plus.
- Positive, respectful attitude and commitment to a luxury client experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
