With our proprietary, ultra-detailed imaging system, we capture the intricate patterns of every guest’s eye and turn them into bespoke artwork: framed prints, acrylic blocks, and handcrafted jewelry. Each visit is an interactive, curiosity-driven experience.

Job Summary

As a Studio Sales Associate, you’ll guide guests through this immersive journey, operating the our proprietary capture system (we train you), delivering those “wow” moments on the big screen, and closing sales on finished artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Host the iris sessions: welcome clients, position them at the imaging rig, capture their iris, and showcase a live preview while sharing fun facts about its patterns and functions.
- Convert curiosity into sales: recommend the ideal size, frame, acrylic, or jewelry option that matches each guest’s vision.
- Close & cash-out: process payments through our POS and record order details for production.
- Maintain the studio vibe: reset equipment, tidy props, and keep display samples immaculate between sessions.
- Reach out:



build relationships with local businesses and past clients to drive new traffic and sales.
- Stay efficient: manage your time and priorities smoothly during peak periods and field calls with professional phone etiquette.

What You Bring

- Proven sales success in retail, hospitality, events, or call-centre environments.
- A natural, engaging storyteller who can explain technical details in clear, exciting language.
- Organized and self-directed
- Bilingual or multilingual skills is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and team-collaboration abilities.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility in a creative, experience-led space.
- Photography expertise not required
