We work closely with our customers to manage their day-to-day logistics operations while providing reliable communication, accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and responsive customer service.. We’re expanding our Vancouver team and looking for a Logistics Coordinator to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator / Account Manager to manage assigned customer accounts and coordinate their daily logistics requirements from order entry through delivery and invoicing.

This is a hands-on operational role combining account management, customer service, order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing, and problem resolution. You will work closely with warehouse, dispatch, transportation, finance, billing, and management teams to ensure customer expectations are met and operational issues are solved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building solid relationships, understanding specific operational needs, and providing proactive communication.
- Order Processing & Logistics: Receive, review, and enter customer orders accurately. Coordinate inbound/outbound orders, LTL shipments, last-mile deliveries, and track shipments through to final delivery.
- Warehouse & Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse on picking, packing, and fulfillment. Assist with inventory inquiries, cycle counts, adjustments, and reconciliation.
- Invoicing & Billing: Review completed services to ensure accurate charging for warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation. Verify rate sheets, handle billing inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate complaints, shortages, damages,



or delays end-to-end, communicating updates professionally to clients and internal teams.
- Account Performance & Growth: Monitor KPIs (order accuracy, delivery performance), maintain SOPs, and help identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional DelGate services.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, account management, customer service, transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, or freight forwarding. (Previous 3PL or last-mile experience is strongly preferred).

Skills:

- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
- Experience with order processing and shipment tracking.
- Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and rate verification is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel). Experience using WMS, TMS, ERP, CRM, or logistics software is preferred.

- Customer orders are processed correctly and on time.
- Deliveries and shipments are actively monitored, and issues are resolved quickly.
- Customer invoices are accurate and properly supported.
- Internal teams clearly understand customer requirements, keeping accounts organized, profitable, and well-managed.
