Job Title: Maintenance Associate
Location: Spruce Grove AB T7X 4B9
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Pay: CAD$25.00/hr on T4 without perks
Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3pm

Job Duties

- Perform assigned maintenance work according to the maintenance program and supervisor instructions.
- Help keep equipment in good working condition and ready for use.
- Complete maintenance tasks on time based on operational needs.
- Work under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
- Record maintenance work, parts used, equipment information, and other required details accurately in TLM systems.
- Follow Schlumberger TLM standards and all applicable maintenance procedures.
- Help improve equipment availability, maintenance efficiency, and productivity.




- Support efforts to reduce maintenance costs and equipment downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement (CI) activities and help improve maintenance processes.
- Develop and maintain the skills required under the TLM Competency Management System.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards while performing assigned work.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
