Ironhaul is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help customers with truck canopies, tonneau covers, bed sliders, accessories, installation bookings, and online inquiries.
This position is focused on sales, customer follow-up, quoting, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, online, Facebook, website, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide product information and fitment assistance
- Prepare quotes and invoices
- Follow up with leads and open quotes
- Convert inquiries into sales
- Collect deposits and schedule installations
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Work with warehouse and installation staff to confirm inventory and scheduling
- Follow up with customers after sales when required
- Maintain a clean and professional showroom/work area
- Meet individual and branch sales targets
Compensation
- Hourly wage: $20–$25/hour depending on experience
- Plus commission on sales
- Additional performance incentives may be available based on results
Ideal Candidate
- Previous sales or customer-service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Able to follow up consistently without being reminded
- Organized and reliable
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online messaging
- Automotive, truck-accessory, or retail experience is an asset but not required
- Motivated by commission and sales targets
