We're looking for an experienced, passionate and results-driven Senior Medical Aesthetician or Aesthetic Nurse to join our Hamilton team.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, performing advanced aesthetic treatments and educating clients on personalized solutions for skin health, rejuvenation and long-term skin longevity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced medical aesthetic treatments safely and effectively.
- Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skin rejuvenation, regenerative aesthetics and preventative skin health.
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and results.
- Recommend complementary treatments to help clients achieve their goals.
- Consistently achieve individual performance and client satisfaction targets.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical safety and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of medical aesthetics experience.
- Medical aesthetics certification or relevant nursing credentials required.
- Experience with Morpheus8, BBL and Fraxel is highly desirable.
- Strong consultation, communication and sales skills.
- Proven track record of achieving performance goals.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness and emerging treatment technologies.
- Excellent technical and computer skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
