Duties

- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all processes from cashiering to inventory management run seamlessly
- Manage merchandising efforts by implementing effective product displays, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular sales analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting to meet or exceed sales targets and control expenses
- Oversee purchasing decisions, inventory replenishment, and stock organization to optimize product availability
- Maintain accurate payroll records, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks in compliance with company policies
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting while ensuring efficient checkout experiences
- Develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones through community engagement or promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, store policies, and operational standards at all times





Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or similar leadership roles with a strong track record of team development
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer interactions
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members
- Proficiency in retail sales systems such as POS platforms; familiarity with merchandising software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, pricing strategies, sales management, and administrative tasks including bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sound math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and financial reporting
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork; experience supervising staff across various functions such as cashiering and customer service
- Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote the store’s offerings within the community or target markets
- Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $25.30-$44.36 per hour
