Reports to: Shift Manager

To be a cook at Popeyes, one must be able to multi task. The products are fresh, and hence one

must be able to work in a fast pace environment. Our cooks play key role in our business. They

make the best possible products from raw ingredient.

Duties:

-Inspect raw and finish products for quality and food safety

-Follow all procedures in the product recipe

-Weigh, count or portion food

-Clean stations

-Wear proper PPE’s as outlined by company policy and OSSA

-Follow Production charts and built to

-Assemble orders

-Clean as you go

-Stock items for stations

-prepare side items

-Take food safety time and temps. of items

-Inform mgmt. of any safety issues

-Work with other co-workers to get the job done

-Clean Dishes

-Communicate with other employees, customers and managers.

Skill:

-Basic Math

-Valuable People Skills

-Service Oriented by accurate recipes and be able to handle stress.

Knowledge/Experience and Education:

-Min. enrollment in High School or OSSD Diploma

-No Experience is needed, full training provided.

-Food Handlers an asset.

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
