Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality, consistency, and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food handling procedures, including storage, portioning, and inventory management
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety protocols related to food preparation and equipment use




- Collaborate with servers and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service experiences

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Demonstrated ability to cook a variety of dishes with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
