We’re looking for a Social Worker who is excited about the opportunity to build and grow a practice with us!

Whether you are an experienced clinician with an established area of focus or are looking to grow your practice, we will be there to support you along the way.

You’ll have the independence to develop your own clinical practice while being part of a larger multidisciplinary team. We want you to bring your experience, ideas, personality,



and clinical interests to OM — and we’ll work alongside you to help turn those into a thriving practice.

We’re particularly interested in someone who:

- Is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
- Has clinical experience
- Is interested in working with an independent contractor structure
- Is compassionate, professional, personable, and confident in their clinical skills
- Takes initiative and is motivated to grow their practice
- Enjoys building genuine relationships with patients and colleagues
- Works well independently while appreciating the benefits of a collaborative team
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is organized, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
- Is interested in becoming an active part of the OM team and local community
- Is looking for a long-term professional home
